Appointment Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment slot.
 

Punctuality Policy: Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for their scheduled appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Appointments will be automatically canceled if you are 30 minutes late.
 

Guest Limitation: Each client is permitted to bring only one additional person to their appointment.
 

Age Restriction: Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the salon.
 

Conduct During Service: Please keep your hands relaxed throughout the service. We also kindly request that you minimize phone usage to ensure the best possible results.
