When Booking: When booking please read each set description thoroughly. I will only be able to provide the service you book, if you do not book a service and wish to receive it during the appointment, you will not receive it. 

Forms of Payments: I accept cashapp, cash, tap or Apple Pay, and online payments through my website.

Appointment Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment slot.

Punctuality Policy: Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for their scheduled appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Appointments will be automatically canceled if you are 20 minutes late. If clients have two no show appointments, this will result in being banned. 

No-Show/ Late cancellation: Clients that do not cancel at least 24 hours before their appointment or fail to show to their appointment without communication will be charged 50% of their service.

Guest Limitation: Each client is permitted to bring only one additional person to their appointment.

Age Restriction: Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the salon.

Conduct During Service: Please keep your hands relaxed throughout the service. We also kindly request that you minimize phone usage to ensure the best possible results.
